The Challenge
The client had lost their EU distribution partner after Brexit compliance costs made the relationship unviable. They needed a single freight partner to manage customs export declarations, intra-EU delivery, and returns.

ASA Logistics built a weekly groupage service from the client’s Birmingham warehouse, covering Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Spain, and Italy. We handle all UK export declarations and partner with bonded EU carriers for onward delivery.
The Outcome
The client now ships to all 7 markets every Tuesday with confirmed delivery by Friday. Transit damage claims dropped by 80% vs their previous provider. EU retail revenue grew 34% in the first year of the new service.
