Frequently Asked Questions

What temperature ranges can you maintain during transit?
Our vehicles cover ambient (+15–25°C), chilled (+2–8°C and +2–15°C), and frozen (-20°C) as standard. For deep-frozen requirements down to -70°C, we use validated dry ice or cryogenic packaging in combination with our insulated vehicles. All temperature ranges are continuously monitored and logged.
Yes. Our pharmaceutical cold chain operations are conducted under GDP (Good Distribution Practice) guidelines. We carry out temperature mapping of all vehicles, provide Mean Kinetic Temperature data on request, and issue a full cold chain documentation pack with each pharma delivery including the temperature trace report and proof of delivery.
Yes. Our multi-temperature vehicles are equipped with dual-zone refrigeration units that maintain separate chilled and frozen compartments simultaneously. This is ideal for mixed food distribution or where a single delivery contains both pharmaceutical (+2–8°C) and frozen (-20°C) materials.
Our real-time monitoring system alerts both the driver and our operations team immediately if a temperature breach occurs. The driver will take corrective action (pre-cooling, emergency ice packs, or diversion to a cold store) and you will be notified. Every excursion is documented, and a deviation report is included with the delivery paperwork.
