What ADR classes can you transport?
We handle all nine ADR hazard classes, including flammable liquids (Class 3), gases (Class 2), corrosives (Class 8), toxic substances (Class 6), oxidisers (Class 5), and miscellaneous dangerous goods (Class 9) such as lithium batteries and dry ice. Class 1 explosives and Class 7 radioactive materials are accepted subject to licensing, advance notice, and specialist vehicle allocation.
Do your drivers hold current ADR certification?
Yes. Every driver on ADR movements holds a valid ADR Vocational Training Certificate (VTC), renewed every 5 years as required by law. Drivers with Class 1 or Class 7 endorsements are allocated to those specific movements. All drivers are trained in emergency response procedures and carry the required Written Instructions (TREM cards) in the cab.
What documentation do I need to provide for a hazardous goods shipment?
You must provide a Transport Document (Dangerous Goods Declaration) containing the UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, packing group, and total quantity. For some substances, an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is also required. We can help you prepare the documentation if you’re unsure — our DGSA can advise on correct classification and packaging requirements.
Can you carry mixed hazardous loads with incompatible classes?
Incompatible hazardous goods are subject to strict segregation rules under ADR Table 7.2.4. Where incompatible classes cannot be segregated within a single vehicle, we will arrange separate vehicles or use physical barriers as permitted by the regulations.
